Even though I am an Evil Dictator, not an Evil Overlord, I have had constant recourse to the brilliant research catalouged in Peter Anspach's Evil Overlord List. Let us now journey through these inspired words of wisdom, shall we?
47. If I learn that a callow youth has begun a quest to destroy me, I will slay him while he is still a callow youth instead of waiting for him to mature.
Flare (the callow youth), was too cavalier in his approach to (inaccurately) depicting the gloriously despicable me (even if I did ask for it). Therefore, he has met with the rather gruesome end depicted thusly:
Nasty, isn't it? My enemies shall meet with my wrath, one by one, but never the same way twice, until I've exhausted the Evil Overlord list (or until all of my enemies have been dealt with)!

Yes, I did use the Green Grocer set as the scene. I had it on hand at the time. Sadly, I placed the upper floors on an unstable surface from which they plummeted towards the hard tile floor, smashing into a thousand bits. Oh well.
