Haven't blown yourselves up yet, eh? I must wonder, how long after you lot get access to explosives until you kill yourselves with them.
About this creation
Our hero has thus far come no closer, nor moved no further, from his impending doom escape.
Last round, the vote was a tie. In my standard tradition, I used a random number generator to decide. Thus: we open the cabinet.
Ooh, locked boxes...
You guys do know what curiosity did to the cat, don't you?
Not much in the bottom one. Just this vaguely key-like object.
Knowing how RPGs work, it'll probably be needed right before you fight the dragon but it'll turn out you threw it away.
And then the dragon will eat you, because you don't have the hilt to the +umpteen long sword of rediculously modern-art shaped dragon-slaying.
I will admit, I had no idea what to put in there, and for a moment I even thought about a booby trap.
It was empty, you know, to start with.
That's right, I make it up as I go along.
Let's be honest, a more scripted method just wouldn't work with all the forking choices and so forth.
What's the plot? Well, we're currently stuck at "who am I, and why am I trapped in an airlock?" Well, you might not be trapped. You haven't tried to open the doors yet, and let's be honest, it's an airlock. I don't blame you for not wanting to accidentally experience the Colonial method of disposing of unwanted bread-cooking kitchen appliances.
The top one has a number of round tins of emergency rations which may, 200 years ago, have been edible. Well, just in case of the possibility of a hungry space-mouse that needs to be distracted, you'll take that too.
...Actually, in retrospect, no self respecting space-mouse would eat that.
So, will you:
A1: the door on the left?
A2: the door on the right?
B: Open the panel next to the suit rack?
C: Examine the suits on the rack?
D: Examine thyself?
E: See if you can call up some kind of menu on the terminal?
F: See if you can actually eat that stuff in the tin?
G: Rub your foot on your bloodstain to see how recent it is?
H: Examine the rod things?
I: Look at the...
I3: ...what little of the wall isn't covered with stuff?
