Let's look at realism here, if a medic is fixing a soldiers arm it would be squirting blood if it was in the stomach, neck, or artery than it would have squirted blood since those are the regions of the body that have a lot of blood and I'm not making this up.

Three outta five. *You could make it larger and have a battle sarrounded the scene, just a thought. "A little thing, you could use red hands for the medic, as a soldier with his arm of might, say splurt blood.
