Alright. I kinda made this on a whim. I started building the base when I got kicked off my computer. A while later, I had to swing by my friends' house to pick up the CoP figs I left over there. Long story short, I built a little skirmish with a very snowy motif. Enjoy.
About this creation

Action shot of the Alcodin side.

Action shot of the Coalition of Planets side.

A better shot of the Missile Base. The doohickeys on the left are supply crates. They don't hold ammunition, therefore they don't explode when shot (although real ammo crates rarely explode when shot anyways); rather, they hold rations for the troops manning the base.

The selection of missiles available. These WILL explode if shot. Well, most of them. The tubular one is a sensor missile. Upon impact, it deploys a sensor package which relays information to the base, who usually relays that information to their command center. The long conical missile is an HVM (short for Hyper-Velocity Missile) that can reach speeds of nearly .01 cee. Which is pretty damn fast. The cartoony black ones are incendiary missiles, launching nearly a thousand hollow ball-bearings containing tiny amounts of thermo-gel. These missiles cut apart infantry AND light crap on fire. Fun.

This guy's not particularly happy about having to reload. From this shot, you can also get a glimpse of the console hooked up to the launcher on the pad.

'Nuther shot of the CoP dude bein' pwnt by the bloke with the minigun. That's right. PWNT!

Shot of the dead guy. He's been dead for at least fifteen seconds, hence the pool of blood accumulating around his head.

"Take cover, you fools!"
Umm. Yeah. By the way, CoP infantry kinda fail at fighting. Not because I'm UNE and I want them to, but because tens of thousands of years of galactic empire would do that to you. As modern humans, our instincts have dulled down quite a bit. After thousands of years of technological lifestyle most humans would be incapable of large adrenaline releases and profound fear, which are both required on the field of battle. Therefore, most CoP troopas often forget to take cover. Except Thyrendi. Rule #284A of the 23rd century Code of Conduct: Thyrendi are awesome, period.

Oh noes! One of the missiles got hit! WE R ALL GUNNA DIEEEE!
(4th wall commentary: Dammit, that plasma blast came out really cartoony.)

Oh, wait. Nevermind. They shot the sensor missile. No kaboomey for you!

Test launch in three... two... one...

Incendiaries away!

Yer probably wondering how I strapped that missile launcher to that guy's back.
(...well, probably not. Jut bear with me, m'kay?)

Rubber bands!

CoP guys. (Part one of two, as I couldn't get a high-quality picture of all four)

Part two of two.

Alcodin guys.

G'day to you, viewer. You may or may not know that I hope you all die horrible, fiery deaths at the hands of me or one of my lackeys. Oh, did I just say that out loud? Terribly sorry. Anyways, G'byee!

Not bad, but there seems to be more blood effects than an actual build. 7/10 |

Yummy blood fx. Also i like the Alcodin uniform, what set is it from? Btw thanks for being the groups surrogate ruler when i was gone. I think a ruler requires concious rulees, but hey.

C.O.P. chainsword is not build right.
I have a bit of a problem with using half-on/half-off connections like the one Ian uses with the chainsword. Besides, are ANY of the weapons you see here built to match an 'official' weapon? |
