It's my entry for the 2nd Annual Micropolis Building Challenge hosted by TwinLUG and Reasonably Clever...
About this creation
After the Time Twister, an invention by Professor Millennium, went haywire and the leaking Sands of Time began to cover Micropolis, large shapes started sprouting up, where dunes of sand had covered large areas of the city. One particular spot of ground saw a good deal of transformation, for up through the large mounds of sand, the peaks of a castle's turret's rose into the air. Eventually, the entire behemoth of architecture stood exposed; allowing all who attempted to escape the flowing seas of sand a glimpse its grandeur. But the mountain-topped fortress was not the only thing to appear out of the sands that brought fourth things of a long-lost past. A large dragon seemed to grow out of the sand; unfolding its large bat-like wings as if it were some sort of vicious caterpillar transforming itself to its butterfly alter-ego. The giant creature leapt into the air, flapping the wings to gain altitude and allowing for the layer of sand that had covered its body to quickly evacuate its black, scaly skin. As it waved its ferocious head, a fiery breath launched out from its throat, and flew straight for the castle's top-most tower. Micropolis had seen better days... (Sorry it's so long... I'm very long winded when it comes to writing...)
It's my entry for the 2nd Annual Micropolis Building Challenge hosted by TwinLUG and Reasonably Clever. It's also the first time I've ever done something like this, so... cheers?

Awesome cute and well-constructed! I love how you didn't just have the castle but put the castle right next to a highway and modern building. The dragon touch is sick too. |

Anchoring the dragon by the tip of his tail is absolutely perfect. It give him a very dynamic look. You captured him perfectly as he flaps around the castle. Very well done! The little sail boat is just plain cool! Attack! |
