About this creation
I came up with the skull/head thingie some time ago, but never knew what to do with it.
The housecleaning continues...;-)

Ominous. You'd see this photo if you looked up that word in the dictionary. Technique-wise, it's fantastic. I can't figure out how you built the head, and that, in my book, is a good thing. The photoshopping of the archway (another thing I can't figure out) into the wall makes for a terrific backdrop. It doesn't look to me like the cloak is TLG, but I don't care in the least. Highly expressive work. So, I wonder: are you cleaning out the "Builds Inspired from Nightmares" section of your house? Glad you liked it. Everything here is Lego, and nothing is photoshopped except some slight color/contrast adjustments and sharpening.

I'm not really sure about the head, I had to look at it repeatedly to figure out how it was suppposed to be. However it may just be the angle, but the arm is what really makes this for me. |

The arm is great, but I'm having trouble making a face out of the head. It's a bandanna, a big flower, and a 2x2 round plate, right? |

Reminds me of a Nazgul. Yeah, like the guy below said, how come I never find cool stuff like this when I clean house? All I find is kitty hairballs... ~ Chris. |

Ahh, the sense of dread that this scene evokes is unmistakable. Or is he waving at the viewer? One wouldn't think that the subject in question has their palm out to stop the viewer from progressing further, followed with a stern order of "Halt, you shall not pass!" The words echo though the dark dungeon hallways the adventurer travels, whom only seeks such material contrivances such as wealth and fame... Nah, he's waving at me :) |

Alright, dude...fire up some candle light in the hall behind him and throw some flames in there and you got it! Actually, I did a version with brighter, fiery red/orange light in the hall, but it became the focal point in a more or less monochrome scene, and I wanted the focus to be the guy. See, Mark, let me explain to you about composition…;-)
