Nice job! Looks very accurate to the movie! I disagree with the other posters, though. You don't need raptors, because (at least in this scene) the raptors aren't visible. Overall, nice job!
(from squirrel land) May 4, 2008
Extremely movie-acurate,
but once again, where are the raptors?!?
April 25, 2008
Sweet! That looks exactly like the one in the movie! Well done!

Cool. I always think of the idea... but I just think it would be bad when I made it. Anyways, You should make raptors for it, but that's just me, man.

That is awesome. One of the best film set repo's I have seen. Now all you need is the dino!!!

Dennis Montonen (from Sweden) May 18, 2007
That is the most accurate version of the raptor cage I've ever seen! Very nice!

Excellent!.... Try getting your hands on a "Dino Hunters" or "Dino 2010" set which has raptors..... Some JP Figs would look awesome too!...

Great MOC! I think it needs some more trees.

Awesome job! I'm glad I finally got to see the full-size version. Very accurate and detailed. If only it had figs and raptors to make it totally complete... Ah well, it still deserves a 5/5. Best Jurassic Park MOC I've ever seen! (though I haven't seen many unfortunately)

Very nice replica, jus one problem... WERE R THE RAPTORS!?!
Marc (from Somewhere) September 16, 2006
wow, That's really awesome man.

I liked your mini raptor pit, but I like your minifig one even more! It's instantly recognizable. Don't worry about making the pen longer as someone else suggested. It wasn't that big in the movie after all. My only two suggestions would be to make the tower more symmetrical, so all four walls would be the same length and to maybe use plates stacked like a pyramid for the roof instead of slopes. That's what I did for mine (which is unfinished) and it works pretty good. Overall, a job well done!
(from The Globe... somewhere..) August 29, 2006
The problem with using LEGO string is it never comes in the lengths you want, usually it's too short. This is a very good MOC, i like the how you created the fence at the top and the overall look is amazing.
juan August 26, 2006
hey president of lego corporation why do you dont make a jurassic park theme this creation is bery acurate to the movie version but why do you dont make a litle more bigger
Tommy Gun August 24, 2006
Hey mr. LEGO(tm) president start making some decent sets before you begin to criticize...spam up a good builders MOC.
Hey the raptorcage rocks man. You should build Jurassic park out of LEGOs. 5/5 man.
(from SSLF(Ambadassdoor)) August 24, 2006
Great, now all you need is a Muldoon mini-fig to go with it....then you need to recreate the "Clever girl" scene where the raptor attacks him.
(from Porterville, California) August 24, 2006
dude, that looks exactly like the one in jurassic park! great job.
(from canada) August 18, 2006
I can't believe I forgot to leave a review! Great work, and I don't think your the actual president of the lego corp, or you'd know that most of us aren't "kids".
This was my favorite part in the movie, and you've replicated it well! Now get some large green baseplates and make the surrounding forest!
(from your worst nightmare) August 18, 2006
I'ts a very good creation, with a fair amount of playability, attention to details, and pretty good building too. I would have added some more Dark Grey to break a bit the monochromaticity of all that grey, but it looks good nonetheless. What about some minifigs to go with it?
August 17, 2006
Great work. Very accurate to the rapter cage in the movie.
President of the Lego Corp. (from Denmark) August 17, 2006
That string you are using to represent the electric fence does not appear to be official Lego(tm) string. Only official Lego(tm) string has been proven to have the necessary tensile strength to hold back a pack of vicious velociraptors. I know that official Lego(tm) string can be costly and difficult to procure, but when those raptors escape and eat dozens of innocent people, it will end up costing you more in the long run. Remember, kids: use only official Lego(tm) string in your creations. Better safe than sorry.

Wicked! I have seen this off a ps2 game called operation genisis. it looks just like it!
jordy (from somewhere and it is none of your buisness) August 17, 2006
this is amazing - i love the crane that lifts the animals to be killed by the raptors - i think you sould add a control room and add some minifigs too - keep up the good work
