My first moc in "Mandatory Arbitration." now i know MA doesnt really care for Mechs, due to their lack of speed, but that's why this mech is a guard. You see, MA places a high price on soldiers, so, they decided to guard their base entrances with autonomous mechs instead of soldiers. the mechs provide a variety of advantages ofer soldiers, 1st, they are tougher. 2nd, they are faster than a normal foot soldier. 3rd, they dont need sleep, food, or pay. 4th, they are disposable (more or less)
About this creation

here we see the back of the mech, with the holstered autocannon.

the mech, arms folded and antennae down, this means it is "off"

alert, and ready to fire, also visible on the "chest" is a high intensity light.

taking a "knee" for more stable firing.

on patrol... note that the yellow "MA" blaze goes around the "waist" and not up/down one side.
*notes: i love how the torso came out, but dislike the articulated legs, feel free to edit them, but give me credit.

Credit goes to http://www.mocpages.com/home.php/772 for his "utopia" mech, and its inner workings, which i used for the torso and head. I had the idea for a MA mech for awhile now, but couldn't have done it without his inspiration, visible here: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/SaberScorpion/g4m3/chapter1/utopia_06.jpg and here http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/SaberScorpion/g4m3/chapter1/utopia_07.jpg
