A very nice build, but I can't help wishing you had done something more interesting with the lighting... a very good Dagoban scene is shown in typical Earth lighting, making it seem less like a scene from the movie. Still, the build itself is sound, and very skillfully made. I appreciate how you made your own X-wing instead of using one of the LEGO sets, and the trees, swamp, vines, etc. are all great. Full marks for your building skills.

Brilliant. The X-wing is an epic win. Although slightly smaller than the set, i think it is better. Looking forward to you posting the X-wing seperatly.

They aren't silly-bands, they are the pieces of plastic that a lego three-leaf plant coms in, and just for using that, win!

Sublime...the details are incredible. If you had taken the photos against a dark background...one would swear they're looking at the real thing! Good Luck in the Contest...excellent job!

Very nicely done! I love the techniques you used and the look of the trees. I also like the details of the X-Wing. The only thing I would tweek is the cockpit. The sides of the cockpit should be clear, not gray.

Well keep in mind that Yoda puts the X-wing on dry land, so Luke can see that "size matters not." So I wanted to make it accurate with the X-wing fitting on land.

That is just awesome....it also just so happens that I almost set out to build that exact same scene, and for the same reasons too :) I wanted to make Yoda's house in the scene too. I decided to build a zoo first, but I don't think I shall bother with this scene now. I like how you did the x-wing and the water surface.
