"Forerunner" Class Scout Ship
This is a kind of "Sorry for the inconvenience" MOC, to make up for the lack of Odyssey updates in the possible entirety of the future. This'll also probably be my last MOC until the MOColympics.
About this creation

"Hello! Lea Khan here. After the Odyssey project got scrapped I was reassigned to scout duty. Not sure why, but hey, can't complain."

"Right, now for the basic tour. The Forerunner Class is a small scout ship, crewed by five, which lands and then becomes a temporary base of operations for the scouts to use. It itself has some scanning capabilities, but mostly it's for show. I mean, why have a bulky ship do the scanning when you can have several small vehicles in the cargo bay do it.

"This is the rather stylish view of the front. Okay, it's not that stylish, but bear with me here. This is free advertising after all."

"Now for an interior shot of the cockpit, starring the lovely Karen."
"What did I tell you about coming in here?"
"Not to do it unless it's extreme circumstances..."
"Good, now leave before I get a restraining order on you."
"Jeez, what did I do to hack you off?"
"Sleep with my sisters."
"... Oh yeah."

"Sorry about the cold shouldering there. Anyway, we're now in the neck of this baby, surrounded by consoles used to control the scout drones. There'll be more on those later. Right now, I'm going to show you one of my favourite features."

"Just press this button..."

"And you get a bed unfurling from the console! One of the specifications of this baby was that it used as little space as possible. I think it's done that quite well, heck, I f we look under the console on the other side..."

"We have the bathrooms! Heck, we've even got the kitchen sink!"

"A little lower down and e have the galley. Basically, it's a coffee dispensor, a microwave and fridges full of nutrient packs. Mmm... Nutrient packs."

"On the other side of the galley we've got personalised lockers, one for each crew member. Just so you know, mines the blue one..."

And down here we have the hydroponics, where we grow herbs to spice up those nutrient packs and the armour- Hank, what are you doing?"
"Well, we're heading on a mission soon. I thought I'd bring some extra ammo."
"Extra... Hank we're going on a scouting mission, not taking the COP on head first! I have no plan whatsoever to get within a hundred meters of them."
"Yeah, well, what you plan and what happens are never really that similar."
"... No RPGs."
"AW!"
"NO RPGs, not after last time. I'm fairly sure the higher ups want this ship in one piece when we get back."
"The last one was in one piece."
"Yeah, but not a very big one!"

"Lastly we have the cargo bay/hangar. Unfortunately, these boxes and their holders are in the way, so I'll just to some cinematic magic..." *Insert magical effects here*

"There we go. Right, in here we have three veicles: A Lupus ,a Swoop Bike and a Sparrow Scout flyer. (4th wall: Those last two might get their own pages, but not for a while.) And our second lovely, the great pilot Stacy."
"Not going to work this time, lover boy."
"Drat."

"Just a quick overview of the whole interior, so you know where all of the above is located."

"Remember those drones I was talking about? These little guys on the side are those drones. They'll detach during flight and buzz around for a bit to get some readings before coming home and giving us the good, or more likely bad, news."

"Up here we have our sole weapon system (excluding the chain-guns beneath the cockpit, which haven't been very useful so far): The Repeater Turret. BAsically, it's two machine guns strapped to an AI rotator. Oh well, if all goes according to plan-"
"Which it won't."
"Shut it Hank. Anyway, hopefully we won't need to use it because we won't actually be in range of their guns."

"And finally, a butt shot with the ramps up. Damn, look at that ass."
"You'd better not be talking about me!"
"Or me!"
"Or me!"
"Karen, Stacy: No I wasn't. I have learnt from my past endeavours, and your kicks to my crotch. Hank: Ew. Just, just no."

4th Wall commentary: Well, yeah, sorry. You know, about the whole Odyssey thing. But hey, hopefully this little guy will make up for it. Anyway, I'll probably be inactive until the MOColympics. My Very old, but very large, collection of lego pieces needs sorting out for the first time in about seven to ten years. Ciao!"

remind me to "borrow" that. If and when I do, rest assured Karen, Stacy, I will do something about the fat rear, maybe make it detach or something.

Quoting Shcuz the Crimson Guard™ It's Brilliant Khan! Don't worry about the Odyessy, we all set our sights to high at some point, even Kelso! BTW, was the name supposed to be a Halo reference, or was that an accident?
Accidental. I just chose it because this thing literal goes before the army. And thanks, by the way. I'll keep that in mind.
