About this creation
I added several more buildings to fill out the back of downtown including a hotel, retail, office buildings and condos. Also the highway was moved over 2 blocks (because the old one didn't flow right).

This is a shopping district which features a commemorative monument in the median. Note that the blue and yellow vehicles are buses.
