MEGATRON (War for Cybertron V2)
War for Cybertron Megatron Upgrades
About this creation
After some suggestions from IXRolloutIX (on youtube) AKA Andrew Hough (on MOCpages), I decided to meld my G2 Megatron and WFC Megatron designs together. (Don't worry I didn't dismantle G2 Megs Version 2.) The result is War for Cybertron Megatron Version 2, A much tighter and crisper design than V1. A cybertronian hover tank in vehicle mode, with front mounted plasma cannon he is indeed a force to be reckoned with. I put a spark in his chest, the canon like V1 lights up via a light brick, and I used unconvential building techiniques on the shoulders. He is superposeable and transforms smoothly between modes. All in all I think you will enjoy this! Please comment and please see the video review at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KuKEMEtoEQQ.

Upgrades August 13th 2010.

Changed the head design to look more like the toy...

Changed the chest design slightly to be more of a triangle....

Added a bigger backfin behind his head....

Megatron pondering what to do with Dark energon...

Thanks for stopping by!

do you like the new or old head better. I think the triangular one, the new one, is more reminiscent of the game that's why I changed it.
Quoting andros tempest The transformation and general body shape are as close as you are going to get I imagine, but I'm not sure about the shape of the head. Overall an excellent job and I could tell immediately from the alt mode who it was. Edit - just read back through the notes and saw that you have since changed the head. the new design is much better.
