Mustafar
My late 1 year anniversary, I suppose. A 32x32 dio... Mustafar was a small planet located in the Mustafar system of the Outer Rim Territories, coreward of Rutan, between the Hydian Way and the Ninth Quadrant. The tiny world of Mustafar was a fiery volcanic world where lava was mined like a precious natural resource. It was also the last capital of the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the site of the Separatists' downfall, an event that shaped galactic history. It was also the site of a climactic duel in which Darth Vader dueled his former master, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and was forced to wear dark armor for the rest of his life. Mustafar was a very young and volatile world, torn apart by opposing gravitational forces of the gas giants Jestefad and Lefrani, with the former being the closer of the two. Astride thick-skinned lava fleas, the natives leapt across the lava fields to mine the planet's deadly natural resources. Mustafarians oversaw the smelting facilities constructed by the Separatists on Mustafar. {Credit to Wookieepedia}
About this creation

Firstly, an overview of the whole dio.

Here you can see a mini General Grievous on the bridge (This is my first micro creation!).

A close-up showing the wicked general and two clones attacking him.

A Mustafarian mining some lava. He's making a ripple in the lava ;)

The Mustafarian again. Ain't he cute?

Some of the planet's burnt crust.

A big flame jetting out of the lake of molten lava. Toasty.

A closer picture of the bridge. This build was inspired by many of the Mustafar builds here, as well as SW Battlefront II :)

The base of the bridge. Yummy.

Now some aerial shots...

I would like to thank Sean Kenney for this great site, and the fun year I've had. I appreciate my couple of devoted fans and the few good friends I've made. I look forward to another good year with more variety of builds. Thanks again!

Quoting 156th commander Ryles™©® great build! i have a question: do you get those BIG flame pieces at pick a brick?
I don't think so. Well, at least I didn't. I got the big fire piece from the 5970 Freeze Ray Frenzy set.

Wow. A 10 on diorama (I can see you worked very hard on it), an 8 for mini-figures (literally "mini"-figures! More like micro-figures), and a 9 overall. Your average is 9. Great job on everything in this diorama. I would of liked to see more Mustafarians working, but this is still a great diorama. Keep up the good work!
