HMS Warrior
This is by far the biggest ship I have ever built! The HMS Warrior! The lego model is 4ft(1.2m) long! The Warrior was built in 1860 and was the first battleship to have an iron hull. The ship was also fitted with 110pounder guns that were able to fire cannon balls that would tear through the armour plating of french ships. When built, she did not introduce any new technology, but the combination of an iron hull, armour plating and a steam engine sure did make her the first modern battle ship! She is still around today, docked in portsmouth. The lego model has 12 cannons, an engine room, a propellor and rudder, dining room and a captains cabin!

This is wicked! By far your best. You should try making the Cutty Sark next, it seem right up your alley. This is very realistic, you nailed the hull shape, and the size of it is very notable. Great job!

Quoting jim mcdonough thats a nice model, colour and shape very good, although i think it must be 1860 and not 1960 she was built.have you seen my lego battleship FUSO at 18 feet.
yes, thankyou for pointing that out. I've changed that back to 1860. By the way, I've seen your battle ships and they look great! Especially your uss independence
