War for Cybertron Autobot Bumblebee
About this creation
Intrigued with the War for Cybertron video game character designs here is my 3rd MOC offering from this Transformers video game franchise: Autobot scout / courier / warrior Bumblebee. Bumblebee is a Cybertronian car that transforms into a robot (duh!). He is scaled as if he were a minibot when compared to my WFC Optimus Prime or Megatron ..about 3/5 their size... ah just right. He has the hunch back look like the video game and toy. I still haven't played the video game! But I can dream. LOL! Fully articulated and fully transforms between modes without adding or subtracting pieces. Sorry no LDD file. Enjoy!

if you have 12 studs wide you should have a lot of realestate to hide things, I typically use eight wide for my cars so I put the arms along side under the doors as oposed to under the hood. Try that. feel free to email me at: boyzwiththemosttoyz@gmail.com . Also check out some of my videos you may find a solution aamong one of them: http://www.youtube.com/user/boyzwiththemosttoyz

I've Completed Both Modes But I Can't Make It Transform Without Adding Or Taking Away Parts Any Tips?
In Car Mode He Is 16 Wide And In Robot Mode He Is Over A Foot Tall So I Have Been Having A Lot Of Problems With Making Each Moving Part Move To Where It Is Suppose To Go: For Example: The Hood Becoming The Chest While Still Having Room For Proportional Arms In Car Mode

always keep both modes clearly in your mind while building, lots of trial and error and don't get frustrated!

Amazing Rendition! Bee Is By Far My Favorite Character Of The Game, Your Creations Inspired Me To Start My Own Transformer, Rodimus Prime From The Alternator Toy Series. I Was Wondering If Could Help Me Out As Far As What You Would Do When You Begin The Design Process Of Your Transformers?

Very nice! I have always liked this and the original VW Bunblebee designs over any of the others.
Rated 5 because the vehicle mode totally belies the nature of this robot in Disguise.
Please take a moment to view my MOC's if you would? |
