Right, this little diorama was constructed to showcase the Titanian Confederacy's Main Urban Tactical Tank, or the Mutt, as the infantry lovingly refer to it.
About this creation

Before the actual details, lets look at the diorama, shall we?

Credit goes to Areet's'C for the "chain-link fence" idea (after I figure it out, I am going to link to him, as per his credit protocol).

I am kind of happy with the forklift/tractor/vehicle here. I just whipped that up over the past two-three days. After many problems, I might add.

Security Captain: You can't do this to me!
Marine #1: Yes, we can and we are.
Security Captain: I protest!
Marine #2: Noted. Now, keep walking to the guardhouse.

The Mutt. The Confederacy's reply to a request for an urban combat tank.

Armament: One (1) 90 millimeter Hercules Cannon
Sixteen (16) Stymphalian Medium Range Rockets
Armor: Composition: Reinforced Titanium
Thickness: (CLASSIFIED)
Equipment: One (1) Medium-Radius Highly Detailed Radar
One (1) Long Range Communications Antenna
Engine: (CLASSIFIED)

When the first request for an Urban Combat Tank came in, High Command thought it was a joke. They believed that a multipurpose tank was the answer to any given situation.

However, after a long debate, High Command approved the move to build an Urban Combat Tank.

Although it arrived on the battlefield three years after the first request (arrival: 2465), it was an instant success. During their first battlefield test, they proved themselves to be very capable tanks. Primarily because they pack quite a punch for their small size.

Zounds it's dark in there!

The control panel(s).

Even though the pilot gets in through the back, I can only put them in by pulling the roof off. I know, the hatch needs work. Ideas are welcome!

Neat design, although it still looks a little rough to me. Good work on the integration of curves in the design. To answer your question about my designs, everything I build may be copied, as long as I get credit for the original design. |
