I had pretty much worked out that this was how it was done (I'm getting better at reverse engineering especially in LDD). I like it, it says Megatron. only thing I'm not sure about is the eyes, but that's a common issue with Lego robots, the only way to get anime accurate robot eyes is to draw them onto a flat tile. in the comics G1 megs was usually shown with a blue helmet, but the grey is closer to the toy and tv versions.
