I see you couldn't resist adding a little system somewhere in there :). Bionicle is never easy at first, for me, since I build both Bionicle and system, the transition back into Bionicle after building a lot of system, or vice versa, is always a little rocky. So just keep at it!

Not your best, but the part usage is great!

I really wasn't too happy with this one, and I knew I could do much better. So all last night, I worked on a v2. It's done now, and I hope to get it up today. I'm actually proud of the new version! So thanks for your encouraging comments, and look for v2 later on today! -Drew

Dude this thing is great! You should of seen my first bionicle! (not uploading pics of it ) This is so much better than any set! And if you ever have some money look on ebay for bionicle lots they have tons of good deals. I hope to see much more of you're bionicles in the future! ,Shadow

This is not so bad,specially for a first attemp.The trick here is to use human proportions,a lot of technic and your skills with system.If you combine all that I'm sure you can make something cool.

This is the best Bionicle MOC I've ever seen for a first attempt of making a Bionicle, especially beacause of your limitted range of parts. You should try to build more Bionicles!

With more pieces and some practice I have faith you can build a great Bionicle MOC Drew!

I actually think it's pretty nice! I would suggest to flip the body so the knife things point down. It would make him have a bulky look in the chest rather than the stomach. Otherwise, great improvising. If you had more pieces, I'm sure you'd be a pro!

Well it's not best but I know you have limited pieces. But hey I've seen lots WORSE on Bionicle.com at the gallery. :)
