The last Toa Gringat was made a year and a half ago. I've improved since then.

(( I am not posting a large amount of storyline this time. Get used to this. Instead, I will post a link to Gringat's Wikia page, where my storyline is now located. This makes it a lot more organised and makes me stop forgetting characters' names... ^^;))
Gringat is one of five matoran from the island of Poliaz who survived the process of becoming a Toa. He survived to later become the Airlord of the Matoran Universe.
As a Toa, Gringat was good with electronics and able to repair mechanical damage to his team-mates, as well as creating mechanical help and summoning rahi with his mask to aid his friends in battle. Gringat himself was weak, and not very good at fighting, but his skills and powers provided very good support to the others.
In person, he was nervous and jittery, preferring not to interact with the others if he could avoid it. The exception to this trend was Xalos, whom Gringat was firmly friends with. Grigat would later on become Soleku's soulmate, but did not voice his feelings for her during his time as a Toa.
He fought with a Naginata and a shield that could fire darts. He also happens to be my self-MOC, and the main character in the Lords of Korrothis storyline.

I wasn't too happy with the first version of Gringat I made. Now, as I build the entire Toa vanembar team, I got the chance to remake him as a toa. I'm keeping him built, but thankfully I can have him built and still have his Airlord form built at the same time. I just have to share the mask between the two.
His body design started off almost identical to his previous version, but then I angled the torso pieces. I think this angled torso design is starting to become my signature style :)
I'm not all too happy about the leg armour. I seldom am.
And, please check out the Wiki. it's nowhere near finished yet, but my storyline is rich and complex, and I NEED to get it written somewhere. The BRC storylines all link with mine (since my storylines really were boosted by that group), so all of the BRC characters and locations will eventually be posted there too. :) This means, of course, if you're John or Gideon or The Abyss, that I'll end up mailing you when I do it, but, meh. Don't expect me to do that soon, as I'm still working on the Poliaz characters for now.
The next toa coming up is Xalos.
Oh, and if Josh Barron is reading this - yes, I'm making Abarium too. :)
Hey Gringat, would you please check out Callan's latest form in my new fight between him and my Tahu Nuva revamp? He's kinda modeled after your newest Gringat that's on your front page. Here's the link:http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/228438
Really good version. The torso is very well-built, and the design is great as well.I only think there's too much colors on him, like the blue and those trans-neon pieces, makes him kind of messy... But it's great anyway.
The angled torsos always seem to work great, and along with a whole bunch of the features you've thrown in this is a very nice version of Gringat. I may have said this before, but you nailed the colour scheme straight away, red+green looks great considering they are complimentary colours. Any one for an orange and blue build? :P
