Well, as you can see, I have done a mech again! This is my second ever mech, done for a MocOff with Random Dan. I wish him the best of brainstorms. Also, you may notice that the zombie controlling the mech is in fact zombie Andrew Somers.
About this creation

Well hello again! As the title states, this Moc was made for a mocoff with Random Dan. I'm not quite sure if we're still doing the mocoff, but just in case... Okay, first picture, I'm sure everyone recognizes zombie Andrew Somers? Yes, the esteemed builder from our little community on mocpages has come back in the apocalypse and built... A stalker mobile.

You can see that ZAM's (short for zombie andrew somers, and no, not the star wars character) stalker mobile is equipped with all the latest gadgets and toys, such as Two Tiger missiles, a long range double-barreled cannon with an ammo belt, a double lazer cannon, anti-aircraft, shocks, and Crystal GlobeŽ hand controllers. Oh yea.

Close-up of the Long Range Cannon and Ammo belt. I just know I am going to get some comments about the positioning of this piece of weaponry.

Here we see the two tiger missiles right next to ZAM himself. He looks rather grim. Maybe he hasn't had a good quality brain to eat in a while.

Anti-aircraft, although it's highly unlikely that zombies will ever learn to fly aircraft. And humans are too paranoid of the sky right now. For some reason. Maybe because zombies figured out how to sneak on board in luggage.

Lazer cannon here with two barrels of lazer shooting goodness.

The feet and legs. The feet were really easy to assemble, and they work extremely well. The gearbox for the moving legs I copied from the star wars At-at or whatever they call it. The legs are my design however. I wish I had more grey technic parts...

The rear end. The little knob in the back you can hand turn for the mech's legs to move.

Wait, what have we here? Have star wars droids sensed the AT-AT gearbox inside ZAM's stalker mobile? I should hope not. I wonder what ZAM will decide to do this time. It's a rather difficult decision, as most things usually stay away from him while he is in his little creation.

"Bhlaman Faahran Bla Lwazwer!" I think what ZAM meant to say was, "I'ma Fiirin mah lazer!"

That droid is now some good old charcoal. Metal charcoal. The best quality.

Victory pose.

Overhead shot.

In action walking, it was pretty stable too. The flexible parts on the feet enable silent walking, making it stalker capable. If you can manage to keep hidden.

Meh. This shot was supposed to demonstrate the full suspension of the mech, but it didn't turn out all that well in the picture. It can really get down to the ground, and this enabes the "Ibelieveicanfly" function, which is basically the highest leap known to mechkind.

Hi ZAM. Me and my brain are just going to, uh, take a potty break right now, okay? Heheh, yea, we'll be back. What's that? You're going to stalk me for the rest of my days if I don't come back? Oh... That's not good... RUUUUUNNNN!
Fourth Wall Rambles:
(while running and shouting) WELL, AS YOU CAN SEE I AM BASICALLY RUNNING FOR MY LIFE RIGHT NOW, AND IF I CAN ESCAPE, YOU CAN EXPECT SOME MORE MOC'S FROM ME SOON! (pant-pant) UNTIL THEN, I GOTTA KEEP RUNNING. AND SCHOOL STARTS TOMORROW TOO, WELL THIS IS GOING TO BE INTERESTING. WHERE'S CADE AND DAVIS WHEN YOU NEED THEM? CAAAAADDEE! WAIT, WHAT IS PHIPSON DOING HERE? HOORAY! I'M SAVED! WHY IS HE RIDING A PIG?

Love his feet! I think the idea of putting a zombie at the controls of a mighty mech is going to end in absolute disaster... but it would be well fun to watch! And would actually make a very funny "spoof" type film. Great build Waff! |

You had me really laughing there, although I think we should still get judges though, just to make it official. And the next topic is going to be: Vignette. The deadline is going to be the 15 of September. |

I immediately recognized it was zombie me's mech because of the large protrusion from the pelvic section. XD I knew you would have some awkwardly gross connection to it. I am such a thoughtful builder... |

Eh, where's the credit for the ammo belt? with all the patent trolls running around I ought to join in the fun and sue you hahaha :) Can't say I approve of the placement of the "gun" though... I'm surprised Andrew hasn't made an inappropriate comment about it yet...
No, he just "Identified" it as his. |

Nice mech! I prefer the avian design to others. Good choice. Oooooh, that B&W effect gives me some great ideas! I'll be sure to credit this as an inspiration if I use it. Some zombies will definitely be on my next shopping list. I actually just used grey minifig parts and Darth Vader's head with some hair. Quite simple. And it kept to my somewhat purist standards. Also, there was no B&W, although you might have thought so. |

Wos, what a great mech! Your concepts for the weapons are very original! I also like the shock absorbers on the legs. I need some of those... However, I think that the feet could use some work, maybe change them to something not so thin and pointy. But, since I know that anything shorter will cause themech to topple over, maybe you could redo the front of the mech and move the cannon to some other position. I can't wait to see what Andrew decides to fire into your bathroom this time! Yes, I was going to move the cannon under the body, but seeing as that is an awkward position, I didn't. And yes, the feet could have used more work, but I wanted to use those pieces. |
