The Dead Can't Speak
About this creation

The Dead
Rupert Brooke

These hearts were woven of human joys and cares,
Washed marvellously with sorrow, swift to mirth.
The years had given them kindness. Dawn was theirs,
And sunset, and the colours of the earth.
These had seen movement, and heard music; known
Slumber and waking; loved; gone proudly friended;
Felt the quick stir of wonder; sat alone;
Touched flowers and furs and cheeks. All this is ended.

I had lots of fun with dry ice on this one

There are waters blown by changing winds to laughter
And lit by the rich skies, all day. And after,
Frost, with a gesture, stays the waves that dance
And wandering loveliness. He leaves a white
Unbroken glory, a gathered radiance,
A width, a shining peace, under the night

I'd buy a set of your hand-painted figs. Shot of the faceless lady in forest is my favorite. Well done :D

Though your subject matter is a little creepy, your build and presentation is amazing! Good job with such a tricky subject.

Wow, you absolutely NAILED this MOC. And I've never, EVER seen someone use dry ice before. I might have to tinker with the idea as well...Stunning beauty, in a creepy sense, very nice.

Whenever I see one of these MOCs using those purple eye's I'm instantly reminded of R. A. Salvatore's, book Homeland.

Your old pal 'Mano is still fascinated by these amazing Surrealist scenes you cook up.... =) Fantastic concept here, the innatainable beauty of the figures in white dresses is very interesting, so great work there. I really like the photo of the mist coming through the dark trees.
