MocOlympics Round2 - group 1- Jason Corlett Vs. Legolord
Let's get this over with, shall we? I am paired up with LegoLord in the category "Top Ten" (build something with 10 pieces or less). After about three days of tinkering and twenty or so failed attempts, I finally came up with something decent...ish.

And everything taken apart. See? 10 pieces!

Quoting Connor Drazan he is right you know
Actually, no, he isn't... "What counts as 1 piece in official instructions counts as 1 piece here." That's right from the MocOlympics round 2 thread. Look at any instruction book you want, it's one piece in all of them.

I think the key to this category is that is has to be instantly recognizable, and yours is. Good luck with the judges.

I am just SO impressed with ALL the entries so far in these games. Both your's and LL's entries had some great parts usage and innovative techniques. If the competition is this fierce now, the later rounds are going to be excutiating for the judges! For this match, it was the use of the bioface that did it for me. You got my vote! Good luck with the other judges!

Quoting Jeff Fauble So the lever sticks/antennae don't count as two pieces? Nifty little bug.
The rules say to refer to instruction booklets for multi-piece elements, like the antenna. All the instruction booklets that I have show them as one piece. So, I counted them as one piece each :)

This category is very difficult. You've done a good job, this will be tough to beat, I've got to pull off a miracle.

ahum, yes. interesting category, especially for some one with a huge stock of bricks like yours. The only thing that would bug me is getting ten pieces in. I usually strand at four...
