Bio: Once a bipedal Toa Aquos was turned into a water breathing fish like Toa to complete a mission. very wise he roams the ocean of Tubagamagna fighting crime
Weapon of choice: Aqua claw, razor whale tooth blade.

Over all a fun moc to build i built this as soon as i got a huge box of new pieces from a garage sale. those were nice pieces.
