No, it's not designed to attract hyper-active females. This is a european style hyper-sports car for the rich lego man to pose around in and show off to the ladeez.
About this creation
The latest addition to my line of 5-wide cars.
Well this is a 5/6-wide really. The front and middle are 5-wide changing to a 6-wide rear end.
This has taken inspiration from the mid-engined hyper sports cars of europe namely Noble, Koenigsegg & Bugatti.
A mini fig fits in here but the downside is only bald men fit with the roof on.
However, with the roof off he can stick his syrup back on his noggin (but he has to make sure it's well stuck on, this thing is capable of 200mph).
The other downside is, unlike my previous cars, the doors don't open. But hey, he can climb out of the roof instead, not as graceful but it is a Hyper Babe Magnet after all.
I've had to be a bit inventive with the stripes. I don't own red wheel arches, only white ones, so this little compromise had to be done. I would have liked a solid red car but I shall just have to hunt down some red wheel arches in the mean time.
I tracked down some red wheel arches on Bricklink so here is the HBM in solid red.
Quoting Elk Guard
Awesome design - welcome to my favorite builders list! Why no mirrors on the all red version?
I tried them out but they looked a bit bulky on the solid red version. Who needs mirrors anyway? this is the fastest thing on the road so you won't need them for over-taking.
Thanks for adding me to your favourite builders list.
Andrew, another of those backhanded comments, eh? Does it come with a 1.5 million pound price tag too? I really like the design of this. It is very plausible looking and very to scale. Nicely detailed engine in the rear too. Regards, Eric.
