About this creation
The (partially) huge change is that I got rid of the beach (for now) and expanded the river. I redid the entire south side of the layout except for the teal condo building next to the Space Needle. The riverfront now features three classical style buildings, the museum, and a convention center (inspired from Monona Terrace in Madison, WI).

Since I created the convention center, it got in the way of the highway and monorail. I ended the highway and diverted the monorail, and this is the bridge for it.
