This is a minifig scale version of Nenn's RRTS Gunship. A very awesome mini-build he did a while back and when I heard of his passing I was reminded that I had put in the back of my mind to minifig scale it.

Deceptively large. Looks small in the thumbnail, but isn't. Pretty nice work.
