this is, my very first,
pirate ship.
the grim reaper. in this projeckt
i tried to see how black i could turn a ship in, so it would be as black as the black pearl, without looking stupid or borring black. it took me around 110 hours to complete it.
some of the pictures are blere but it dosent, gets better then this.
one of the reasents i call this
the grim reaper, is mostly because of the idol there look like
the grim reaper.
and i think it look like an floating tank.
the last pictures there are in an diffrent size. are taken with another camera, where the previous camara, where to blere. Enjoy and write your comment

Hey Man Thanks For Joining The Group. I've looked this MOC over and I have to admit, it's well built, the only issues I had with the MOC was the fact that it feels short, lengthwise. The other issue is the coloring, there is an overwhelming amount of black, and this took away from the detail work you placed into this MOC. Other than those two issues, everything else is solid, well maybe you could replace Grim's sword with a Scythe, but he is a pirate now, so maybe the sword works. Nice work on this, and let me know if you do a V2.
thanks, and now to answer some of the issues, 1 the grim reaper had to have a sword becasue it looks so silly with a scythe, and the coler, well yes its alot of black and yes it overwhelms some of the details, but, it have to be all black else that design wouldnt work, and yes i know its to short but at the time i only had 3 hull pieces, now i got plenty, but i just cant make my self dismantle it, hehe. thanks for the nice rewiew |

The back is great, but in my opinion the ship is too high and too short; also the sails are too black and perhaps red should be better, to contrast. Anyway, the ship is great and showed you have a lot of potential to explore :D
well it is to short i agree in that, but not to high. and the sails need to be black, (actualy it currently have to sail from the skulls eye schooner) but its there shape and the way they are placed at, i have chanced that, but before i will repost it, i will probably have to make it longer in some way. thanks for yor nice opinion anyways, =) |

Great that you added an interior to your ship, that´s one thing my Flaming Remnant doesn´t have! If you post more ships, make sure to add more details, it makes it more realistic =)
Greetings from "old seahound"
hehe, hey old seadog, well it where my first ship, and i know it needs some real ship details, but that wasent the point about this ship, the point where to make the creepy armored ship that it is, i made a new ship i actualy just finished it, i will post it in the weekend, and its much mroe realistic.
see you at the bridge |

btw, the transparant red parts look great on it, especially on the cabin
i tried without the red parts at the cabin but it looked so empty and bored black. i also thinks that the darkred parts makes it look even more creepy.
thanks for the nice feedback,it makes me feel even more proud, of the grim reaper |

Very nice, it sure deserves its name, I like the multiple use of skeleton parts, the shape turned out pretty well, there are a lot mocers that wouldn't appreciate so much studs on the sides but I'm not one of them, I like studs, after all, vessels like these (especially spooky ones) aren't smooth but rough, so great job I say. Btw, welcome to Kings Of The Sea, your add is appreciated |
