IT ACTUALLY WORKS, This is the shelf clock that I built with Technic parts, time accuracy to .01%
About this creation

The Huygens Auto-Rewind example I used to help me build my clock.

The clock naked without its brown case, exposing the fragile inner works. (not really)

The most important picture to any of you who aren't just curious. This shot is from the top, you can really only see the auto-rewind system.

The non-lego weight I HAD TO USE. not much choice on this one seeing how Lego weights are just not dense enough.

The underside of the clock's works, letting you see the other non-lego part, the bell, which dings every half hour. I promise there are no other non-lego parts in this thing.

Quoting Mitchell Andre Astounding! You said the accuracy is up to .01, but how much time will it take to lose .01 seconds?
The stated .01% accuracy means that for every 100 minutes of actual time that passes, my clock will say it's been 100.01 minutes.
