One eyed mechanical freak..... Evil Decepticon Shockwave

About this creation

This creation was inspired as I went back to the drawing board for a new look for the Shockwave I had partially built on my workbench. This model of Shockwave is inspired by the original G1 character and the concept art for the War Within Comic book version of Shockwave by Don Figueroa. Ironically in the end they just used the original G1 alt mode for Shockwave in the comic although the tank mode was quite cool. This model is a melding of both of the characters, the legs and hands are inspired by the concept drawing and the upper body is mostly inspired by the G1 character. Alt mode is a hybrid of a tank and a cannon put together. (Its basically a big canon with treads). This model is about the same size as my LDD Optimus Prime. I think you will like it. Here he is my interpretation of G1 Decepticon Shockwave in this hybrid Cybertron mode. Enjoy!

i love his work but he paints and modifies some his stuff - hence the purple in every brick he needed. He also does a lot of chrome stuff too! But still awesome building even if he modifies the natural colour pallette!

My favorite decepticon I like him because he is purple an that the decepticon symbol is purple. Even though you did not use purple blue is okay

the ratchet joint sockets (they have technic holes on them) are attached to the chest via black technique pins thus creating the swivel outwards for transformation and poseability!
