My original Grimlock needed an upgrade, so here he is, bigger, more accurate and he has his flame sword too! For those who have not seen my original Grimlock, please check it out just to see how much he has been modified. Also in the last picture you can see how I got his torso to be able to slide up and down, his body connects with the 2x4 yellow brick bellow Grim's head and sits on his waste when it slides back down. Very nicely done! I've been meaning to build a grimlock myself. My only suggestion would be to work on making this less blocky and smoother/tiled. Otherwise, great work!

Very nice! I'd work a little harder at making the legs look like a tail in dino mode, but it's a great transformer. I'm most pleased that it DOES transform!
