Yeah, I know it was a bit of a cheat to use two V8's, although the cylinders end up in a four-banks-of-four configuration like the W16 in the Veyron.
The difficult part would be to get all 16 con-rods onto one crankshaft. I might give this a go, but it would mean the crank would have to be 25%-30% longer, a new model at 1:8 scale perhaps...
