This was my first larger MOC made from Modulex.
About this creation
I found quite a few Lego Modulex windows and decided to try a Greenhouse. Only the red/black fan is non-Modulex (parts are from an Atlantis set). The roof lifts off and reveals the greenhouse tables inside. The interior floor was an attempt at gravel, but it looks a bit more like tile. I was most pleased with some of the bracing techniques for the roof (I will have to get some better photos of that). Building with Modulex presents its own special limitations since we do not have the vast array of special parts available to us!









I am not really happy with the fan system, and am working on modifying that with other parts. I am also expanding the greenhouse for next year's conventions.

Thank you for your comments. I appreciate the feedback! One of the greatest challenges with Modulex is not only the size, but the limited types of parts available. But I like that challenge!

Lovely. I sympathize about the gravel floor. It can be frustrating trying to get very fine detail into smaller MOCs.
