Blue Table Scraps
About this creation
Not too many blue buildings out there... so over the past 7 years I've accumulated pounds of unused blue parts.

Now, together for the first time...

May just be a bunch of blue pieces, but it gives off a robotic and futuristic feel, as if it is a city. Very interesting and pleasing to the eyes. :)

I just feel compelled to share this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/skian64/sets/72157623432419869/ There's a blue building for you ; ) Courtesy of my Flickr account. Unless of course, you were talking about -real- blue buildings... in which case, I can't help you... sorry =P

Sorry for the spammy comments, but this really evokes, for me, the modern artist Yves Klein. His works were on exhibit recently at the Smithsonian Hirshhorn Museum. Klein used a particular shade of ultramarine blue and this definitely brings that to mind. That shade of blue became almost his trademark for a while. Read more on wikipedia. :)

This is really cool. It reminds me of the city when they show it at the end of the movie Dark City. Pretty neat!

When I saw your post title I thought it was going to be the left-over pieces from the Bascillica. Hope this wasn't overages from Bricklink...
