Well, yeah. Thats actually hand-drawn on a piece on sticker paper. Normally I would use this one body that came with a minifig in one of those train sets, but I lost it.

pretty good start! a suggestion is to not use shapie and touch up on the decal. the size of it is bigger than the minifig body.
