Ferrari 158 was a successor of Ferrari 156, one of most known GP cars in '60ties. 210 bhp, and for these years, totally stunning 280 km/h max speed. Impossible? Not really. Weight - 468 kg. And it looks so beautiful, too... I really would like to own one. For now - I own only a model :)

The model has fully operational steering really tightly packed to make space for the driver.

Of course, when you turn the steering wheel, front wheels turn.

Powerful Ferrari V8 engine. Rear outside part (with brake light attached) is a gearbox.

Sleeekneeeesss! Also, there are only a few studs visible, only those which would look unnatural when tiled.

While this and next photo are from previous version, the steering didn't change at all. Mechanically simple, but innovative (especially for me :P).

I didn't like original Lego solution, as technic plates are fragile, so I made it my way. Plus it looks cool with wheels ^^

This has to be the first classic grand prix car I've seen done. Very nice. Now, if we could scale it down to 1:32 and mount some Scalextric braids underneath, ...

Wow! A classic GP-car so sweetly molded in LEGO, sleek form, lots of details...a stunning model. Would give 6 stars. Cheers, Jens
