The Späher-class Mobile Enforcement Frame is a vehicle used by localized police-forces. It usually carries a beam rifle and has a rocket pod on its right shoulder and twin tube launchers on the right hand, having the manipulator hand on the left. This was built for the MOColympics side game 'beat the judge', challenging Yuri Fassio.
About this creation

The top tube launcher can be fitted with any manner of ammunition, while the bottom one always is a 'shield launcher that fires a bolt of energy that detonates into a bubble shield, trapping the target. This picture shows a reconnaissance drone trapped by the mobility frames shield.

Sorry I missed this, I have some catching up to do. I really like the consistent color scheme, with matching minifig, nice! And it looks great too! Unfortunately in this case it can't beat Yuri's feature filled entry so my vote goes to Yuri.

Yeah, I think this is pretty good by my standards, but as competition with Yuri's, this looks pretty minuscule.
