Halo: Reach Grunts.
"What they lack in brains and discipline, they make up for in viciousness and numbers. They are the first to panic when the local leadership is neutralized."
About this creation
Okay, I have a little time to upload MOCs now that my mom is letting me use the computer again.
Meh.
Anyway, instead of boring you with nonsense, here are my rendition of the Halo: Reach Grunts.
First Up: the Grunt Minor

The body is the same from my previous version, however, the methane tank has been changed a bit, as you can see in the next photo:

I think this design looks a lot better than version one. Better curvy surface.
Next, the Grunt Major

I love this methane tank design, and did my best to replicate it in Lego.

And if you were wondering, the body and head are the same.
Now, the Grunt Heavy

This head design is not my favorite, but it is the best representation I could think up. It will look better when it has some decals.

Speaking of decals, yes, I am going to make them for my creations. Expect all of them around January.
The Spec-Ops Grunt

The methane tank of the Major and the mask of the Heavies, wrapped up in a jet-black paint scheme.

*Plasma Launcher not included, some assembly required.
Finally, my favorite, the Grunt Ultra

I don't know about you, but I think that these guys are the most badass Grunts ever concieved.

The face needs some decals...
One last group pic.

Thanks for looking at my Grunts! Leave a comment before you go!
[EDIT]: Instructions cost 20 smileys.

Great design, Newt King. Very compatible body design; I've just made a few on LDD. Slightly too tal (avg. Minifig height), but overall great design. I will give you full credit should I use any of your Halo designs. |

Quoting Crazy Awesome
Nicely done...could I ask if I could use your regular Grunt body in my designs? I, personally, think these are better than Scorp's.
oh, and by the way, :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) Now give me my instructions.
Please use my design, as long as credit is given.
Oh, and by the way: nice try. :p |
