Today a call came in from one of the highrises in the centre of StuddsVille.
During the on scene shooting of a new Batman movie, one of the actors fell through a glass roof witch collapsed.
Shards of sharp glass rained down on other actors and crew.
A full collapse alert was given to the SVFD.
Engine 13, Ladder 13 and 14, SOC Battalion 1 and Rescue 5 and 6 rushed to the scene together with StuddsVille EMS.
The Firefighters and Paramedics triaged the victims, while Firefighters from Engine and Ladder 13 together with Paramedics and the Doctor from Med-1 worked on the actor who fell through the glass roof.
While the crews from Ladder 14 and both Rescues prepared and set up for high angle rescue.
The severly wounded actor was horizontally evacuated from the building using the bucket of ladder 13.
And was rushed to the hospital with severe cuts, broken bones and bleedings.
He was operated, and lies in the ICU unit of StuddsVille General Hospital.
He will probably make a full recovery.
One other actor was taken to hospital with some bad cuts and a mild shock.
He is believed to leave the hospital later this week.
All other victims were treated on the scene.
SVPD investigates the cause of the accident.
No further firefighter or civillian injuries were reported.
