10188 Death Star scaled down (same playability)
About this creation
Scaled down for Scale down! contest in Kockice. Kept it as playable as the original.

MOCpages no longer allows video embeding from YouTube so please see the video with all the functions here.

This is the only comparison pic I've taken as I had to take the original apart because of lack of LBG plates. I censored most of the pic 'cos there are some unpublished MOCs there. I hope it gives a sense of scale anyway.

Thank you!

Amazing! Lego sould so sell these, they would make so much money from people who couldn't afford the big one :)

Thanks everyone!
Quoting Evan Rhodes instructions?
Nope, didn't make them and do not plan to.
Quoting Static . this is so awesome I just have one question... are you going to destroy it?
Don't know. Perhaps I'll let it see an exhibition or two... But chances of it forever staying intact are really small.

This is a great idea to scale down the death star. I know you got one so you know the functions. The thing is I don't know the functions of a LEGO death star so I don't really get all those scaled down moving things you did on it but nevermind me. Either way I bet LEGO SW fans dig it and it is a very col MOC. ;)

Brilliant work! I'd love to see these types of models released as actual sets rather than the midi Falcons and Imperial Destroyers by Lego.

After all the scaling up, I bet it was fun to do the opposite. This is a really fun creation, and that's what Lego is all about! Kudos
