BrickGun Beretta 92FS Pistol
About this creation
The Beretta 92 is the BrickGun that started it all. Our lead designer decided to put together a model on a whim, then refined it during the next 2 weeks until he had a version that looked somewhat realistic and incorporated a functioning trigger, hammer, slide and slide lock. The model gained worldwide attention, won numerous web awards and even garnered news coverage in the U.S. It has been featured on CD Covers, magazines and hundreds of kits have sold worldwide. Simply put, the BrickGun Beretta 92 was the model that started the trend of ultra-realistic Lego weapons and set the standard for how good they can be.

Now, 5 years later, that same designer has revisited the Series 92. He incorporated new techniques that have been developed for our other BrickGun models, making the updated version stronger, simpler, easier to build, and most importantly, incredibly realistic in shape and size.

This new release is titled the BrickGun Beretta 92FS and features all the same mechanical funtions of the original. It has a working trigger, hammer, slide and slide lock, but now the model is truly life size with a shape and mechanical functions that mirror the real Beretta 92FS down to the last detail.

The hammer can be cocked and when the trigger is pulled the hammer falls with a "click". The slide can be pulled back just like a real pistol when a round is being chambered. Release the slide and the hammer is automatically cocked and ready to "shoot". While the slide is back the lock lever can be flipped up to hold the breech open, just like a real Beretta 92FS waiting for a fresh clip to be inserted. Flip the lock lever down and the slide slams shut, hammer cocked and ready to "shoot" again.

The BrickGun Beretta Series 92FS is a work of art. The Beretta company themselves praised our original model as "Beautiful!". We never expected to improve on the model that started it all, but the 92FS is another incredible leap forward in our line of models that truly are The Coolest Lego Weapons in the World!

I just recently bought this gun, and I must say this is one of the most comfortable grips you've designed so far. The mid-section seems a little fragile, though. |

Once again, another fantastic model from Brickgun. I would say this is your most realistic model. I have purchased instructions for this and built it. It is by far the best engineering in a Lego gun I have ever seen. No matter how hard I try I cannnot seem to break any of the internal mechanisms from just cocking and firing it. I do not have any complaints about this model as it is Perfect. This is a feat of Lego engineering. You are known as the "Pioneer" of cool Lego weapons as we know them. P.S. Foxkupo, the proportions may look off in the picture, which I agree with, but rest assured, in person they are perfect. |
