About this creation

Inspired by some micromachine cars I had when I was a young boy (I tried looking for them on some micromachines website, but couldn't find them, so they could've been hotwheels or something. If you know the ones hook us up with a link or something.

This exact idea has probably been done before, but to quote the Bible: "There is nothing new under the sun". Amen!

Thanks for all the feedback!
Quoting Giovanni Seynhaeve Looks very cool, I'ld like to try that too if I may. How do they connect? Technic pins? I love what you did with the slope next to the canopy in the bleu one.
I would be flattered. I could post a picture of the cross-section at which they meet, but I'm sure you'd probably prefer to come up with your own standard. Yeah, they connect with a single technic 2L axle. It was two, but I found it too stiff to get apart and with pins I had the same problem. Yeah, the cockpit configuration of the blue one took a while to get right, but I like the solution and will probably use it again in the future.
Quoting T. Young make more make more. they are coool. but make them in different colors that are more spacey i guess.
I've got a yellow one on the way (was going for primary colours). These were kind of just a proof/test of concept. What "more spacey" colours do you suggest? :)
