Here's another study in organic building; I noticed many dragon necks were built in slivers, to allow for articulation; I wondered what it might look like if that segmented technique was continued throughout the body of the creature, to the base of the tail. Also, this MOC gave me a chance to use that tasty tan cheese from the Tower Bridge. Yum yum.
Wyvern is a great dragon to study. I recommend that all of you pick up a book or two about dragons(not some drama book like Twilight).
The creation is really great! The wings are too small for it's overall mass. If it beat it's wings really hard to lift off it would tire easily. I do understand that LEGO does not make massive wings so it was a nice try. The colors are really great! But remember, we did not see them!(Yes I believe that dragons were real along with dinosaurs. It talks about them in the bible.) I like the ground for the dragon. It draws more color out from the dragons chest while not not taking attention from the MOC itself.
wow. just wow. I'm guessing you used the silver arms from the silver stormtrooper promotion at toysrus a couple weeks ago for the silver knight. Where did you get the horns? Besides that, this is amazing. I am in awe of the techniques used. Again, just great.
I love how you did the body, very nice, I don't like the feet though, a wyvern should have large clawed feet, like eagles and the the way he poses could be better I think, nevertheless this is still a remarkable dragon, great job
