About this creation
What can an AFOL do with a rubber band and 42 lego pieces? This!

The ballista was a siege weapon used during the middle ages. It was essentially an enormous crossbow.

I used "tusk" pieces for the bow and tiles for the sliding mechanism.

It works extremely well, and can easily shoot five feet. I'm very pleased with it.

It can also be attached a horse. This was an afterthought, but since it's on wheels this works pretty well.

Just because this is simple doesn't mean it is not amazing!
