This is Legostone National forest now located in the Democratic Republic of Lego. The forest is a replica of a forest I made back in 1993. I would say that it is about 95% accurate. I had just 2 Lego trees and a few yellow flowers back then!! But I had a lot of creativity also. It does have a road that goes around the forest for Lego cars to go around. Because it is National Forest and not a Park it does not have lodging facilities.
About this creation

This is a TEMPERATE mixed Lego-plastic plant forest. The size of the forest is about that of a standard lego baseplate. Through the middle of the forest crosses the mighty LEGOBAMBA river. Plant biodiversity include the Common lego vintage pine some 22 years old!!, low plastic scrub forest plants with lego roots, magnificient 15 year old lego/plastic brownwood oak trees, common lego yellow flowers, and on the forest floor is littered with very small potpurri pieces giving the forest an odor!! Some creatures that inhabit the forest include the common Lego White Horse, the common lego Gray parrot, the common lego brown monkey and the endangered "Legolian Tiger",of which there is only one surviving specimen, last seen in 1996. In the beginning the forest consisted of only the shrubs, but later upon looking at lego paradisa at catalogs I started building palm-influenced lego/plastic oak trees. The big Lego/plastic brownwood oaks were the last thing I remember to have added to the forest.

The forest ranger warms minifigures not to go around the forest alone and to take a Lego Riffle with them, as there have been several incidents lately regarding confrontations between minifigures and the Legolian Tiger. Two minifigures have been reported missing within the last five years.

Crossing the Legobamba river at Legostone point crossing. This is a very dangerous thing to do. There are no lego bridges in the park.

We spotted a Legolian Tiger !!! They decided to take a picture of it, while it was swimming on the river. The Legolian Tiger was actually made by me in 1995 and put in an old Lego city creation's zoo. Then later I made the forest in 1996 as I became fascinated by 1990's forest and deforestation books at my school library.

They also spotted a WILD common Lego white forest horse. The river is made by placing blue electrical tape on one side of a piece of clear plastic and then placing the side without tape up, so that it gives the appearance of water. I was heavily influenced by the Lego catalogs, especially paradisa.

Minifigures unaware of the danger beyond their backs.

The Legolian Tiger pursuits the tourist minifigure.

The Legolian Tiger jumps on its victim to attack it.

The minifigure is no match for this magnificient member of the lego cat family.

The forest ranger shoots in the air to scare the Legolian Tiger away.

The Legolian Tiger runs for his life and retreats to forest cover.

The Legolian Tiger now has just spotted a forest horse.
