Outrider
The YT-2400 Outrider, from a great game I loved playing ... It makes me nostalgic
About this creation
This is my favorite ship, the Outrider ! For those who don't know, it's the personnal ship of Dash Rendar(a modifiate light freighter YT-2400 just a bit less fast than the Millenium Falcon), the hero of the video game "Shadows of The Empire", as a mercenary and friend of Yan Solo, who was asked by Princess Leia to find Boba Fett in order to rescue Yan Solo Freezed into carbonite. But our hero soon discover a dark conspiracy led by Xizor, the prince of a feared criminal organisation called "the Black Sun"...
This was my favorite game, and I've always wanted to build the Outrider .. But at the time I used to play SOTE I didn't have enough bricks and experience ... But this lack is now filled !!!

An overall view pf this huge ship

Loading ramp down for Dash Rendar and his co-pilot, Leebo.

Interior shot. It's may be too spacy, but we're in a freighter aren't we ?

The Holo Sabbac table, also present in the game ! (as a mark of correlian ship perhaps ...)

On the left there's the hatch leading to gunner turrets (see below)

   Dash's room,

   And his comby bed

I'm very proud of my engine room !

   Hyperdrive activate !!

Another view of the engines room

Now this is the hatch leading...

   Through the arm...

   To the cockpit.

   Cockpit closed.

   And just for your eyes, enjoy this side view;

   Front view

As you can see, the gunner turrets are on and under the ship, as in Millenium falcon (perhaps another mark of correlian ships ...)

A rear shot. As you guess with this pic, I made the Outrider partially from the first lego official Millenium Falcon.

And to finish, a dynamic shot of the Outrider in flight !!

its a great MOC and it looks a lot bigger and more realistic than many outriders i have seen. having never played the game i am not sure but it appears to be on all models and pictures that there is no way from the cockpit into the main ship while in flight? is this true?

I think this is a perfect rendition of the Outrider yet the light grey cone on the top looks very out of place. It stand out on the entire ship and it just doesn't look very good. But other than that, this is an excellent recreation.
