About this creation
Chris wasn't always the amazing cop we know him today. (By the way, here's a link to the group here)

When he was young-they had no Halo, COD, or any of that other stuff. So he went around shooting knights, spacemen, you name it. Violent kid, they called him. He also had a huge mane of green hair and tried to look as "zombie hunter" as possible (although he failed at it).

Chris has amazing vehicles (most of the time). Other than waaaay back then, when the fastest thing to speeding was grabbing onto a cheetah while it was running, Chris had one speed-WAY too fast. It got him places though-as a cop, he once went so fast that he went back in time and caught the criminal before he did it! That was a REAL mess in court.

You can see his vehicles from the Steampunk era, modern era (he fell in love with Star Wars at that time, being the first cop to be named "Stormtroopah Man". And the future.

Here the monorail is pulling into the station. It is going to the Star Wars convention, so of course Chris is there. Can you find him? Not in THIS picture. Take your time though, you may find some interesting stuff.

"No! Dumb dog! Why do you make such a mess!!!"

And THERE'S Chris! On the roof, in Stormtrooper disguise! And in his style, he has apprehended a criminal in one of the most unusual of ways-he has apprehended a western Bandit while wearing a stormtrooper costume with only a banana as his weapon.

And since this is a Phipson "dio", I have to say make a Mark Kelso joke-"Kelso, stop playing with your cherries!"

A father (but he's a businessman selling things, so he can't waste his time with a full costume) and his son, who is of course, and Ewok.

And now for some pictures of the setup:

The store, by the way is called: "Exploit those nerds and sell them really expensive crap" in Ripoff-ese, but the owner tells them it's "FOOD! Star Wars Convention Food!"

AND NOW!

Here is one reason why Phipson is so awesome-he's going to be in a Movie-Phipson, the Movie. Here's part of the film set (they didn't want to pay more money for red tiling, the cheapskates). You can see Phipson doing an epic air-motorbike scene, a safe-breaking scene ready to be filmed, and a criminal running away. The director, is, of course, exploiting cheap Chinese labor-he's paying his driver 2 dollars an hour. Phipson has a stunt double for the moped scene-who happens to be MORE handsome than Phipson, and to prevent Phipson from going MUCH too fast-some people NEVER change.

LASTLY

When Phipson arrives at the Star Wars convention, he finds a LEGO booth-of course there's one! And they aren't advertising Star Wars-this is 2001, and Harry Potter, BIONICLE, and Life on Mars are going to be released the next day! Phipson is apprehending this criminal known as "lack-of-LEGO-in-my-bag" by buying one of each! I wonder where Yuri is-this is BIONICLE! He can't NOT be here! (This is a semi-finished thing-it's a little interesting idea I had, but I don't plan on making it larger). The things on the central table are BIONICLE sets. On one side is a sign for Life on Mars and a row of aliens, and the other is a Hogwarts Castle and a larger-than-life Harry Potter LEGO Figure. The walls are made from ads from the 2001 Soccer set.

And that's a rap folks! Come again! Seriously though-this thing makes me laugh. I wrote a script this morning, but I made one up entirely right now. Anyways-here's design notes. And this is not a biography of Chris-it's a joke.

Design Notes

:
Man, am I wiped! I have been trying to make/get a monorail for a while. When I was faced with a *gasp*budget, I knew that I couldn't get a monorail until I started earning money! My budget limited me to 32 dollars a month (not limiting to some, but that means I have to wait 3 months to get a large set-almost half a year for a Monorail), so I decided to make one. I had an idea-and while looking at AccurateIN's city, I saw that he had the same idea. I made something similar to my old idea for the base. It was rough, but I modified it. Finally, it was done. I did some detail work down there, and went up. This was originally a cargo monorail, but with only one car-that would only allow for a chase-ya know, like on a cargo train? And so I did a passenger one. From there is snowballed-first I had Chris dressed as a stormtrooper, then I added the station with the father and son. Next I added some people with food, and so it had to come from somewhere-one of those ripoff shops where crazed fans must buy food. Anyways, I added a few more details. The monorail itself was a challenge. A difficult one. The windows were the hardest-I used the windows from a previous MOC, but I modified them so that they were clear all the way through. The roof was also challenging, and I BARELY had enough of those hinge pieces to make it-but I did. And I'm proud of it. A funny thing is, everyone ON the train has the old eyes without that little white sparkle. Everyone off it (with the exception of Dr. Kilroy, who is an old story Minifigure), does. Chris's fig technically doesn't, since new glasses had a shiny coating. Anyways, I'm extremely proud of the Monorail. The intro thing I had made a while ago, for an Sidious procession-with Sidious, Maul, and a Guard (I just had to-those are some of my favorite Star Wars figs. I did not use it though, since I didn't have an audience for two undercover Sith lords. Anyways, I used it here. It was also going to be for a movie tryouts, but that was nixed too. The studio was originally the contest entry-but I ran out of red tiles for it and since the LEGO store is being remodeled and a Bricklink order would take a while (and that it wasn't amazing-just decent), I decided to use my monorail.

PLEASE COMMENT AND RATE! I will comment and rate 2 of your MOCs that I like!
