This is my custom legion, and the leader's name is Shard. All of them except Flare have shaved heads. If you watch a star wars the clone wars episode involving corascant, you'll see that the 627th legion also branches onto corascant as a security force. And, in the star wars the clone wars movie, they arrive with Ashoka to Christosis. They were also in 'Grevous' Lair'. Enjoy!!!
