I'm with Leda on this one. I'd totally hang here for the summer. Great architectural details and a flashy modern look to it. Excellent use of texture to break up the larger walls. Well done! |

Nice pad! I'd totally hang out there this summer. Great design and lots of amazing details. Love all the raised brickwork on the chimney and fence. Its a lovely compact design, looks inviting and trendy. |

This is so perfect! I agree with Dave that the black elements are so amazing! This deserves so much more attention then it is getting! I have wanted that surfboard for so long. Those are cool stair designs. |
