In the Hall of the Mountain King
This was a ton of fun to build.
About this creation

The front of the mountain, an inconspicuous door, is all they require.

The side door on the bottom, as well as the exit onto the top, cleverly hidden by leaves.

The rear of the mountain, featuring two exits with defensive positions.

A view of the great hall.

On either side are workman's quarters.

One weary worker catches a rest.

The ladder to the roof, a relic of days gone by, when archers would file onto the roof to defend the hall.

The age of great victories now a memory, the kingdom enjoys peace.

This thing is so cool! the playability is fantastic. i wish i had this just to mess with. Now you should get a ton of dwarves and a dragon, and make Smaug from the hobbit live here. If you don't know what I am talking about, ust ignore this comic.

Quoting Johann Dakitsch Great MOC! Really beautiful and well built. It would be even better if you added the music that inspired it.
True. I love Grieg.

Quoting Mr. Xenomurphy Great photos of the also great hall. Looks good with the arches. Only the hybrid tree (palm and broadleaf tree) is a bit disturbing.
Thanks for the compliments. The hybrid tree is something from the classic castle days ie. The King's Mountain Fortress (set 6081-1).
