1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS454
A 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS454, not the first on MOCpages, but the biggest. My first attempt at making a car at this scale. It is an 11 wide convertible. Constructive critisism is very much appreciated.
About this creation
Some statistics:
Country of Origin: USA
Years of Production: 1970
Displacement: 454CI (7437CC)
Configuration: Front-Mounted V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Manual, Rear-Wheel Drive
Power: 450 BHP (331kW)
Torque: 500LB FT (678Nm)
Top Speed: 125 MPH (201KM/H)
0-60 MPH (0-96KM/H): 6.1 Seconds

Sorry if the pictures are quite dim and blurry. It was raining outside, so I had to use artificial lighting.

Yes, this is a fully studless car.

Doors are able to be opened.

The interior.

The V8 engine under the hood. Not entirely accurate.

Everything opened. I was not able to build an opening trunk.

Just to show that five minifigs can fit in the car, although the car is not meant to be in minifig scale.

Fourth Wall Commentary:
This was a really fun build. Now I know how much hard work car builders on MOCpages put into their vehicles. I will continue building cars like this, but in different scales. My next car will probably be a 1968 Ford Mustang, built as my birthday MOC next week.

PLEASE RATE AND COMMENT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Very good, but as other people have said, it proberly needs to be a bit lower. Great job the detail is great. Great job and I like the rim for a steering wheel

The opposite way round to a lot of MOCpages builders; the proportions aren't brilliant but the detailing absolutely is! : ) Some good SNOT techniques too. I agree with the below comment that the wheels / ride height needs work, but still worthy of an 'I like it' badge. Keep it up

Nice, but maybe too studless. With studs some curves of fenders or hoods looks better I think. But that's my opinion, and you did ask for positive critics ;-)And it's still a good model, absolutely.
